Family-Owned and Operated
Hello, I’m Bobby, the owner of this operation and one of the inspectors based in Saint Petersburg, FL. Since 2006, I have personally performed well over 5000 inspections on single family, multi family, condo/townhome, new construction, insurance, infrared and commercial properties.
Born in Connecticut, I was raised in a family business of electricians, block masons, carpenters/framers; it’s no wonder that I enjoy rolling up my sleeves and getting “hands on” to get the job done. I moved to Florida when I was 8 and grew up on the East Coast of Florida in Brevard. Spent years in my Dad’s auto body shop sanding/taping and painting cars. I have an A.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering and with that, spent 12 years in the semi-conductor industry as an Equipment Technician and Sales rep.
I then moved to Saint Petersburg in 2002 to work as Buyer/Sales for a small family-owned military optics company and fell in love with the Tampa Bay area. I always wanted to be a “company guy,” work hard for a company, and retire from that company; as my Grandfather worked for the Southern New Phone company and retired in Florida. After realizing this isn’t really the world we live in now, my wife and I decided to make something of our own and purchased a franchise home inspection company in 2006. We loved it!
And to further our dream, my wife and I departed ways with the franchise; and now own and proudly operate Quigley Inspection Services. We have a beautiful daughter, Mackenzie. We are big Rays fans; and enjoy fishing, boating, the beach and just about everything the Bay area has to offer. We also love and are active in our local community (Historic Kenwood), where we have lived since 2005.
Hi. I’m Tarin, the owner of this joint and I run all the operations of the business. I work directly with our clients to answer questions, coordinate scheduling, and manage the office essentials from day to day. Chances are, if you call our office, you’ll be speaking with me 99% of the time - which I love and look forward to everyday.
I was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia and moved to the East Coast of Florida in Brevard in 1994. I met Bobby, and pretty much the rest is history. No, kidding. There is just a bit more to share.
Bobby and I moved to Saint Petersburg, FL in 2002 and soon after, I began working for and running a national franchise home inspection company located in Pinellas County. After a few years there, an opportunity to purchase the business arose and we jumped on it. In 2006, we purchased three national home inspection franchises in our area and continued to grow the business for over 10 years. Since it has been our dream to operate our own business and we make a pretty darn good team, we decided to depart ways with the franchise and start Quigley Inspection Services. I’m so proud of the work we do, the clients we serve and the business we have created.
I have the most precious daughter, Mackenzie, she’s our pride and joy. And we are so fortunate to live in close proximity to our extended family as we spend most of our time together with them.
Aside from my work and family time, I get into junk store shopping and repurposing the things I find. I also love to read and kicking back with a little Netflix from time to time.
Hello there. I am Erin, the marketing director here. I’m in charge of all marketing activities such as: website maintenance and content writing, marketing collateral, digital presence, reputation management, events and branding. Have a company review or feedback for us? Contact me.
With a degree in marketing from the University of South Florida, I have held various marketing positions in small, mid and corporate businesses in the Tampa Bay area for over 15 years. I am a creative, spirited person that loves working with the Quigley team to grow their business.
Born and raised in Clearwater, Florida I grew up in the same house until I moved to St. Petersburg to go to college. I fell in love with the vibrancy of St. Pete, have never left and it’s been over a decade.
I am married to my best friend and have two extraordinary little boys. We are always together – poolside, beachside, mountainside or wherever we can explore next. I camp, bike, cook, entertain, decorate and make honey-do-lists galore.
I'm Ronny, a property inspector (a.k.a, the jack-of-all-trades in the company). I’ve spent my entire career in construction, carpentry and home inspecting; and the last 10+ years have been with Quigley Inspection Services. I have done close to 10,000 residential home inspections over the past 15 years.
I was born in Portsmith, New Hampshire, then moved to Massachusetts for a bit before making the trek to Florida. The day I graduated high school, I was handed my diploma and jumped in the car to head to Florida. That’s when I started my career in construction and then became a carpenter by trade. Later on, I began to work for a company that manufactured modular buildings for various businesses. I held several positions with that company such as plant foreman and plant manager. During my time at the manufacturing plant, I transitioned into the facilities manager overseeing the store repair needs for various Checkers/Rally’s fast food restaurants across the country. In 2001, I became a home inspector and began work with AmeriSpec, a national franchise; and made the transition with the Quigley team.
Since I am a carpenter by trade, I still dabble in various projects. Over the years I’ve built two homes and done countless room additions and remodels. They call me the jack-of-all-trades because through my years in the industry, I’ve learned enough plumbing and electrical to make me dangerous. But most of my spare time these days is spent on the water…fishing.
Hello, my name is Mike and I’m a property inspector. I have spent most of my career in real estate in one form or another - from commercial development to appraisal work to property inspector.
Just before the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, I had an opportunity to take part in the construction boom there and work for a small commercial development company. The focus at the time was on interstate exits and retail/restaurant projects. I had the responsibility of guiding clients through site selection, the construction process and hiring and training staff. After that I received my Real Estate Appraiser license and also served as a golf course facilities manager for a local company. I was overseeing several renovations and updates to the buildings. After several years of real estate appraisal work, I was intrigued by home inspections and transitioned into property inspections at that point.
Born in Fort Lee, Virginia, I moved to Florida in the mid 1970s, then up to Atlanta for a stint, and then back to Florida in the mid 1990s. I met my wife, a middle school science teacher, and we have two growing boys. We currently reside in Trinity in Pasco County which we’ve called home since 2002.
When I am able to, I enjoy cycling – mountain, road and cyclocross; as well as building furniture for my own home and for friends.
Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. Ultimately, a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. I take pride in the process and look forward to it each day.
Hello there, I’m Phil, a licensed property inspector. Even though I’ve spent much of my career in the Air Force, I have extensive knowledge of the inner workings of a home. I have worked on several plumbing, electrical, construction, concrete and landscaping projects.
I was born and raised in Southfield, Michigan many years ago. When old enough, I joined the Air Force and remained dedicated for 13 years. During that time I was stationed in many U.S. places from Mississippi to Louisiana to Texas to North Carolina to New Mexico to…Florida where I was in the Air National Guard. Now that I am here, I do not plan to leave. I love it here!
Growing up I was always very involved in residential projects with my Father. I worked closely with him in plumbing with one of the highest rated plumbing companies in Michigan. He and I worked together on projects which meant he took me through the learning process of electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring and more. Through early adult years I did residential work in construction, concrete, plumbing and landscaping learning all the tricks of the trade. I’ve learned many aspects to the inner workings of homes and various properties from working with some of the best in the trade.
As far as my personal interests, I have a Masters in Business degree, an adorable seven year old son, and I love everything outdoors like grilling, camping, and fishing. I do some wood working from time and time, and play hockey here and there. I reside in Saint Petersburg.
I’m Mackenzie Quigley, the one who really rules the roost around here. I manage the daily plans and whereabouts of my team, Tarin and Bobby (a.k.a. my mom and dad), as they take direction from me. My direct reports do a pretty decent job maintaining our customer’s happiness, so as a business decision, I have decided to keep them around.
Born and raised in St. Petersburg, I have been working on my academic career here for the last 10+ years. Even though I’m getting closer, I haven’t quite figured it all out yet and am still fine tuning my future career goals. Meanwhile, I am honing my management and customer service skills through my safety patrol position at school and through attending Cotillion.
When I’m not in the “office” all day with my face in the books, I take to the Crossfit gym to relieve my stresses. I enjoy spending time with my people: school friends, close family and youth group.
In true Virgo fashion, I have my eyes on the future and am treading the way toward a successful and fulfilling life ahead.
